Dead Time is a powerful delay plugin designed specifically for tuning and musicality.

For detection systems that record discrete events, such as particle and nuclear detectors, the dead time is the time after each event during which the system is not able to record another event. Is that something you need to know about an audio plugin? No. But it makes decent copy.
